HOW TO CLEAN/SHMAPOO YOUR WIG UNIT

 

  • Are these wigs glueless? Yes, No Glue needed. An Elastic band will support and give security. Wig is removable.

  • How long is shipping? 3-5 Business days *EXCLUDING WEEKEDS & HOLIDAYS* You will receive email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Signatures are required for all orders . Once you order has been shipped and tracking has been sent, you must contact your local USPS for all updates on your delivery.

  • How long does it take for wigs to be made? All wigs are custom made and made to order. Processing time is 14-21 Business days *EXCLUDES WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS* Processing time does not include the shipping time* Hair orders and other products processing time is 5-7 days.

  • Do the prices include the hair? Yes

  • What kind of hair is used for the wigs? 100% Virgin Hair or Raw Hair Extensions. Hair can last up to 2-3 years with proper care( lace will bald over time and will need to be replaced) .Heat can be added, hair can be lightened. Wigs are made with 2 1/2-3 bundles approx.150-200% density. 

  • What kind of lace is used for closures and frontals? Light brown Swiss, HD and Transparent Lace. Parting can be changed once received. 

Hair by Ashley McQueen LLC is not responsible for packages lost during shipment, delivery or packages that are returned to the post office.

If there are any issues with your order once received you must contact Hair by Ashley McQueen LLC within 48 hours. After 48 hours there will be no accommodations for any discrepancies.
